It's a cute light blue dress. It reminds me of Elsa from Frozen, and I loved it, but I'm selling it because my daughter has outgrown it. I bought it for a piano recital and only wore it for the recital and 2-3 times at home. I think it was about 3000 yen at Costco. The size is 4T, which is equivalent to 100cm. The size chart is shown in image 7. The fit is about 100cm. (My daughter used to wear it when she was wearing Uniqlo clothes size 90cm. It's originally a knee-length dress, so it can be worn cute even if it's a little long.) There is no name written on it. The hanger is not included.
