This is a Loomis IMX rod. There is one scratch on the coating near the butt, but otherwise it is in beautiful condition with no noticeable scratches. It's a masterpiece with a crisp action that allows you to feel the bend, unlike the overly stiff fast-action rods of recent times. A case is not included, but it will be carefully packed in a void tube. Thank you.
