My children used to play with this. They've outgrown it now. It's been stored in the storage room for a long time. I've confirmed that it works properly. The white part in the 7th photo is the brake. It stops when you step on it (I've confirmed the brake works). In the 6th photo, there are holes for adjusting the height, and by pulling the black lever in the 9th photo, it can be folded for easy carrying. Overall, there are some stains and peeling. It's a used item, but it can still be used and enjoyed. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item or are overly concerned about details.
