This is a Mach One shoulder rest that I purchased a few years ago from Sasaki Violin in Tokyo. It has been modified as introduced on their website and blog. As it seems difficult to purchase the shoulder rest alone, how about it if you'd like to try it? I haven't used it much, so there isn't much deterioration of the pad and leg parts.
