This is a Nissin original tagine pot that can be used for microwave cooking. I won it in a giveaway and have used it a few times. There are light brown stains overall on the inside of the ceramic pot, and circular stains on the bottom. There is no outer box. The pot lid is made of silicone rubber that folds in a bellows shape, allowing for compact storage. The inner diameter is approximately 22cm, and the depth of the pot is approximately 5cm. This pot is not a waterless cooker, so be sure to add water when using it. The lid is for microwave use only, and the pot itself is compatible with both microwave and gas stove use. Please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
