I bought this for my daughter to wear to her coming-of-age ceremony after-party without consulting her, but she didn't like it and won't wear it (T ^ T) A petticoat is also included. The material is highly stretchy and can be worn off-the-shoulder. There is a slight stain on the collar, but personally, it doesn't bother me. However, individual perceptions may vary, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things. I will fold it up small when I send it, so it may be wrinkled upon arrival.
