Winnie the Pooh Hot Sand Maker New, unopened, but opened for this listing. It has never been used. The instruction manual says 2003, so it's an old item, but I confirmed it works by plugging it in after opening. Please refer to the photos. There's a white stain-like mark on part of the cord, but I don't think it's cord deterioration, and the cord doesn't seem to be damaged. It's marked in photo 7. The box also shows some signs of aging.
