This is an oversized half-zip anorak from Outer Sunset by Emi Hemmi. Made of 50% linen and 50% cotton, it can be worn in a clean style. From now on, it can be layered with a turtleneck, and since it's linen, it's cool, so I think it will be useful from spring to early summer.
