This is a knit cap from a collaboration between a brand (either Guilty or Backs) and Chinatsu Wakatsuki's WC Kumatan. I bought it a long time ago, and I don't remember how many times I've used it, but it's been stored at home for a long time. It shows signs of wear from use. It looks clean at first glance, but it's an old item, so there are some minor scratches and stains. It's a collaboration with a brand that no longer exists, so I think it's rare.
