I think it's in relatively good condition, allowing you to enjoy the aging process. The tag's markings are fading, but the "Made in USA" mark is faintly visible. Also, the size notation is faded, but I believe it's definitely a 40 (equivalent to L). The measurements are approximately 74cm in length, 55cm in shoulder width, 63cm in width under the armpits, and 62cm in sleeve length. I've taken photos with a 40-size Chore Coat I own for size reference. The actual measurements were almost the same. I am 174cm tall with a standard build, and I could wear it with a slightly dropped shoulder and a relaxed feel, not too oversized like the photos of Kunichi Nomura. There is almost no fraying at the sleeve ends, which is common with Carhartt vintage clothing, and the condition is quite good as shown in the photos. There is no damage to the zippers or buttons.
