Rare, discontinued item. A set of 6 demitasse cups and saucers from Minton, a British pottery manufacturer. Comes with the original box and is in unused, beautiful condition. This was part of my mother's collection. She apparently displayed them in a living room cabinet for a while, but they are unused. This is the Spring Valley series. It features depictions of wildflowers such as gentians, buttercups, and forget-me-nots. The design is by watercolor artist John Deninson, and the overall tone is gentle with a soft touch. The design is spring-like and cute, with colorful wildflowers in yellow, pink, and light blue, drawn in fine detail. These are from around the 1970s-90s. In photo 9, one of the saucers has a chip. There are no other notable damages, but these have been stored at home for a long time. There may be slight scratches or minor imperfections. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection. I am not considering selling these individually. Size (approx.)
