This item has been stored in my parents' warehouse for a long time. ©️1986 is printed on it. I believe it's a card case for the Famicom Disk System. (It seems old, and I don't know the details.) There is some light soiling on the surface due to age. The zipper opens and closes without any problems. The inside is in relatively clean condition for an item of this age.
