This is an attachment for barbells, similar to fat grips. It's made of rubber (TPU), but it's not as hard as fat grips. Rather than training grip strength, think of it as an attachment that allows you to grip a straight bar at an angle similar to an EZ bar, thanks to its 8-degree slope.
