This is an original HDI transducer guard for Lowrance. The transducer is secured inside this guard, and the guard is then attached to the trolling motor with a clamp. It seems to be versatile, as it's used with various transducers besides the HDI transducer. The inner width is approximately 60mm. I wanted the one previously sold by Plus Gain, but they had already gone out of business. So, I made this, taking it as a reference. I used aluminum material of the same thickness, didn't drill unnecessary holes, and made improvements such as changing the size of the gaps to make it easier to pass the wiring through. The transducer guard body and the spacer are made of aluminum, and the bolts, nuts, and washers are stainless steel. Initially, I made it for myself, but since many people wanted one, I mass-produced it in my spare time. I have confirmed that it can also be installed on the Minn Kota Edge Maxum. The Minn Kota has a skeg in front, and other companies' transducer guards sometimes interfere with the propeller, but this product has no such issues. A Parker clamp for installation is available for an additional 800 yen, so please contact me via the transaction navigation if you need one. It can be attached to the TR109, so it should be compatible with most trolling motors. The Minn Kota Edge Maxum can also be installed. If you are concerned, please check the outer diameter of your trolling motor. Although it is new, it is a personal creation, so there may be some scratches from the manufacturing process. Also, during manufacturing, I use specialized tools such as an aluminum plate cutting machine for cutting materials, a drill press for drilling holes, and a high-speed cutting machine for processing. However, the elongated hole processing, etc., is done by hand, so the finish is not as clean as an industrial product. Also, there may be some burrs remaining after cutting, so please understand this before purchasing. It will be shipped via Nekopos. The trolling motor and transducer body shown in the image are reference images, and the product is the transducer guard.
