This is a waterproof roll paper holder from Haglofs. It's a discontinued item, so it's difficult to find. It's in excellent condition as it has hardly been used. It can hold one roll of toilet paper with a core, and the roll-up waterproof bag allows you to carry it without getting it wet. It has a buckle strap that can be used to hang it around your neck.
