I bought this a few years ago. It cost around 40,000 to 50,000 yen. The lenses have prescription. They will need to be replaced. There are some minor scratches from use. The temples are thin and delicate, so there may be some slight warping. Also, the screw on the right side is loose, and the temple will open when tilted. You should be able to have it tightened at an optician. Comes with a glasses case. I don't have a glasses cloth, so I'll include a patterned one. The glasses case has scratches and dents on the outside, and some dirt on the inside. If you have any other concerns, please comment before purchasing. I will not accept comments after purchase.
