I purchased this item as nearly new and have been using it for approximately 10 months. I only wore the watch during private time and alternated with other watches, so I didn't use it very often. There are scratches from normal use, but it has a decent amount of wear and tear, and I think it's still in relatively good condition. The glass surfaces appear to be free of scratches on both the front and back. My wrist size is 16.5 cm, and I have adjusted the three-stage micro-adjuster to the outermost setting, resulting in a nearly perfect fit. For reference, I measured the daily rate while the watch was laid flat, and it was -5 seconds. In my usage, the daily rate was within +/- 10 seconds, but this may vary depending on the usage environment, so please consider this as a reference only.
