Purchased new over 40 years ago and has not been used for many years. Condition: stains, scratches, splinters, dullness, rust on the metal fittings, stretched rubber in the inner pocket, a slightly musty smell inside, and the key on the right side (when viewed from the front) is broken and cannot be locked. The lid has no support and only opens as far as shown in the photo, so it will close unless held open by hand. The material is leather for the belt and probably rattan for the bag (please forgive me if I am mistaken). I have cleaned it as much as possible and dried it in the shade. The belt fittings operate smoothly, and even without the key, it can be locked in three places, so it should not open during transport. The handle is not fixed and can be folded down. It has a strong vintage feel and a cute appearance. How about using it for interior decoration or as a storage box?
