I used this about 10 years ago for my pet rabbit. It has scratches, such as claw marks, from being used for things like vet visits. Please understand that this is a long-term storage item and a used item before purchasing. The plastic carrier has been wiped clean with alcohol. Please be sure to check all the images before purchasing. As for the shoulder bag, my rabbit was quite large, so the size didn't fit, and it was stored for a long time after being used only once. I think it's a good size for baby rabbits, chinchillas, and small animals.
