This is an early Sylvanian Families Red Roof House. The house is in good condition, but the side door doesn't close properly. The fireplace in the furniture doesn't light up. Fabric items like the bed covers have some fading and stains. The other furniture is in good condition. The figures are dirty, so please consider them as a bonus. My daughter, who used to play with this, has been accepted into a top university.
