The ramune candies that were included at the time of release are not included. There is only one box, which is in a folded state. Each item was placed in a small ziplock bag and stored in a plastic case. There are no missing parts. It is quite old, so there may be some age-related deterioration, but there is no stickiness on the surface or peeling of the printing.
