I purchased this last summer and wore it a few times. The elastic waistband makes it very easy to wear. It's about 90cm from the waist to the hem, which was a bit long for me, so I wore it folded over at the waist (I'm 156cm tall). It has a slight sheen and feels cool, so I think it can be worn in both summer and early autumn. There are some pills on the part that touches the bag, which I've removed with a pill remover, but please be aware that some remain (from a basket bag). I hope you understand that this is a used item.
