This item has been used for many years, so it has its share of scratches. There are no particular problems with its operation. I have reset it to factory settings for this sale. There is no instruction manual. I will also include the hard case that I used for transportation. I was satisfied with the sound, but I am selling it now to upgrade my equipment.
