I used this after purchasing it new, until I used up the foundation. The foundation is gone, and there is adhesive remaining. There is no puff or outer box. I have wiped it down with an alcohol disinfecting wipe, but there is a possibility that small, hard-to-see stains remain. Please purchase with the understanding that this is a used item.
