The text itself appears to be in very good condition, almost like new, with minimal signs of use (this is just my personal impression). The problem set, however, has some water damage. Additionally, there is writing in it. I erased what I could, but I've included photos of the parts I couldn't erase, so please take a look. I will also cut out and remove any sections with names written on them before shipping.
