This is a bolero-length cotton blouse. I purchased it about 7-8 years ago. I used to wear it over sleeveless dresses and tank tops to protect against air conditioning. It's made of a sheer, thin cotton material, so it's light and can be folded up small to carry in a bag, which was very convenient. I'm selling it because it no longer fits.
