There are two places to insert CDs, on the top and side. However, "cdEr" (CD error) is displayed regardless of which one is used, so I believe there is an internal malfunction. (Photos 19 and 20) Since I cannot listen to music or record, I will sell this as a junk item. No claims and no returns are accepted.
