This is a Topvalu item. It's navy with a light blue polka dot pattern. The zipper and pocket openings are also the same light blue as the polka dots. It has a ring for hanging on a hook. The hood can be stored by opening the Velcro on the collar. 100% polyester, no lining. I think it's generally in good condition, but there are some pills on the pockets and cuffs, so I've marked it as having some minor damage or stains.
