Used very few times. I prepared two, one for my parents' house and one for my own, but I switched to a folding stroller, so I only used it for the first visit home. There are no noticeable stains. One of the casters is missing, so it cannot be moved. It can be used without any problems when placed in one spot. Changing diapers is easy on the back, making it the best item!
