This is a three-tiered skirt from Mezzo Piano. It features a sheer black and white gingham check pattern. With plenty of gathering, the hem spreads out almost in a circle when you twirl. The black cotton lining also has three tiers. The hem has a check pattern frill from the outer fabric, giving it plenty of volume. The hem spreads out nicely even without a petticoat.
