The characters are Isaku Zenhoji and Komanzō Tatsumaki. They are from the Rokuh-ro group. As a bonus, I will include a sticker (Isaku) that came with the item. I purchased this from Animate online and have kept it sealed as part of my collection. It has been stored in a dark place, so I believe there have been no changes in its condition.
