The cartridge often doesn't load, but after patiently turning the power on and off, it loads around the 20th try and works normally. Sometimes it loads on the 4th try. I tried different things to see if I could improve the loading, and it seemed to recognize the cartridge relatively quickly if I held it with the flowers facing up and parallel to the ground, as shown in the picture. I can also tell you the manufacturer where I purchased a new head. Even in this state, I've confirmed it works. When I drip water onto the head, it immediately turns to steam.
