This is a CULLMANN tripod. It's made in Germany. It's compact (see image 1). When extended, it ranges from 40cm to 100cm (4 sections). This design is not found in SLIK or Velbon tripods. A stylish tripod, would anyone like it? For those who understand that this is a used item, no returns or exchanges, please.
