All the parts are present, but one green rod is damaged. Please check image 3. The other blocks don't appear to have any noticeable scratches, but please understand that these were used by a child. There are a few blue pen marks on the bag. The handle also shows some wear, but it doesn't affect its use. It's easy to tidy up and perfect for taking with you on outings. The instruction manual is torn, but it's included.
