This is a Yoshino shelf. It is a knock-down type. It's old, but it also has its original box. The string is falling apart, so I think it's better to replace it with a new one. The wrapping paper inside was also tattered due to aging, so it is stored in newspaper. If you prepare new wrapping paper and string, the shelf itself is clean, so I think you can use it comfortably again. The shoji screens have stains and tears. I also recommend replacing these.
