The Technics RS-M50 stereo cassette deck, released in 1978 for 74,800 yen. It features a digital FG servo motor and a large flywheel with a diameter of 83.5mm for stable tape transport. It uses an HPF head, which is resistant to wear and maintains excellent frequency characteristics. Other features include Dolby NR circuit, music selector, 3-stage bias and 3-stage equalizer switching for various tapes, MIC and LINE mixing circuit, memory auto play mechanism, full auto stop mechanism, timer standby, and RW auto play. I mainly used it for listening to cassettes. I recorded a few times, but I didn't do it much, so I'm not sure if it can record perfectly. I think it's probably possible. Please understand this before purchasing. Since it's an old item, I cannot offer a warranty. Rewinding, fast-forwarding, and playback of cassettes work without any problems. It's very rare and cool.
