Purchased new from a care supply store. Originally intended for use at a facility, but the size changed and they were no longer needed. The name written on the back label has been blacked out. It appears dark in the photos, but the actual color is a slightly lighter brown. The purchase price was about 7,000 yen per item. There are two of the same item available.
