The cancellation mark was stamped on an envelope from a long-tailed tit letter set from "Hokkaido Stationery," local stationery from Hokkaido Crown. The cancellation marks with matching designs are only available on the first day of release and can only be stamped at a very limited number of post offices, making them extremely rare items. In particular, the machine cancellation mark is only available at 7 post offices nationwide.
