I purchased this at Akachan Honpo about 4 years ago. It's manual operation is tiring, but it's electric so it's easy to pump. Operation has been confirmed, and it has been sterilized. The white valve was just replaced due to deterioration. The replacement valve in the second photo is a bonus. Please purchase if you understand that this is a used item!
