I purchased this used a year and a half ago. Only the main unit and adapter are included. There is no box or instruction manual. Operation has been confirmed. I used it 4-5 times a week at home when practicing guitar. Since it is a used item, there are some scratches and stains, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
