After purchasing new, I used this to transport a bicycle in my car, and otherwise stored it indoors or in a covered area. I am selling it because I don't plan to use it for the time being. Includes two keys. Compatible with aero bars only. No parts for clamping to square base bars. The two straps were either original or deteriorated, so I replaced them with new, compatible ones.
