This is an original drip pot from Hata-ya Coffee, a famous shop in Iwate Prefecture. I believe it's a rare item, not available through mail order and not widely distributed. The base is a YUKIWA M-5. Capacity: 750cc The spout has been modified to allow for drip extraction and a thin stream of water. It was likely modified using a burner or similar tool. It seems to have the characteristics of a product modified by a nel-drip specialty shop, making it ideal for nel-drip. Of course, it can also be used for paper drip. I've taken good care of it, so there are no noticeable scratches, but there may be water stains and minor scratches from use. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about these.
