The outer box is included, but it's quite worn. The instruction manual is included. I checked the parts when I put them back in the blister pack, and everything is there except for a small gray part that attaches to the back of the shield. (The part that attaches the beam rifle to the back of the shield.) Also, the soles of the feet were accidentally exposed to plastic model paint thinner, causing the paint to peel and some parts are slightly chipped.
