From the time I bought it, there were a few black stains, which I was aware of when I purchased it. There is also a hole from a scratch in one place. I have washed it once. If you wash it at home, the color may transfer, so it's best not to wash it with other items. It's cute, so I was using it as a tablecloth. For those who love A Dog of Flanders, please consider it.
