Although the size is M, it is a Japanese L, so I am listing it as L. I have measured it myself, so please note that these are approximate measurements: waist is about 40 cm, rise is about 25 cm, and inseam is about 75 cm. The waist can be adjusted quite a bit as it has a belt. The color is gray. The back pockets have Velcro closures. I think you can wear it for everyday wear or for outdoor activities.
