This is another short-sleeved blouse with a frilly collar that my mother made for me (^^) She made it for me, but it's too small for my daughter... I think she made it by looking at a book by Kana Sato (I apologize if I'm mistaken). She attached Velcro for easy on and off. It might come undone easily. Please reattach it if you're concerned.
