Weighing 2 kilograms, the roller's weight allows you to stretch the dough, making it very easy to use for rough stretching of large doughs or hard doughs without exhausting your strength. It can stretch in various directions, eliminating the need for difficult four-way stretching and saving time. Currently, it is being used in soba restaurants in Tokyo and Fukui. Its users have spread as far as Hokkaido. Since you can press from above, it is also excellent for making 100% soba, coarse-ground soba, and sarashina soba. Coarse, whole-grain soba can also be compressed and kneaded, resulting in chewy soba with a satisfying bite. The roller part is 25.5 cm and the diameter is 6 cm.
