This is an air conditioning pressure sensor (pressure switch) for Volkswagen vehicles. It's a part used from the Golf 4 era to current models and is prone to failure. The part numbers are 1k0959126 or 5k0959126. When this part deteriorates, even if the air conditioning gas is filled, the air conditioning may not work well, or cold air may suddenly turn into ventilation, causing problems. In my Polo, it broke around 80,000 km and I replaced it. The compressor broke and was replaced at 130,000 km. Replacement is easy: just disconnect the connector, loosen it with a tool, and replace it. The air conditioning gas won't leak when you remove this part, so you can work with peace of mind.
