This is a Winston Boron II Mx series 9-foot #8 4-piece fly rod. I purchased it new and have used it a few times at Lake Ashi, Lake Motosu, and Lake Kussharo (though I didn't have much luck fishing). The condition is good for a rod that's over 20 years old, but please understand that it is an older item.
