This is "VIRTUAL LIVE SHOW FROM THE ISLANDERS ARMS 2021," a recording of a virtual live performance by Finland's national band, Nightwish. Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, when live performances were impossible, many bands streamed live shows from their homes or rented live houses. However, I believe few bands put as much thought and effort into their performance as Nightwish did for this show. This is the first video work after the departure of Marco Hietala (Vocals, Bass), who had been a key member of the band for many years. It also marks the debut of Jukka Koskinen, formerly of Norther, who was a support member at this time. Troy Donockley, who plays over 10 instruments, and Floor Jansen skillfully share Marco's vocal parts, and there is no significant sense of discomfort. Also, the bass sound is close to Marco's, making it easy to watch. The song selection is the best possible at this point. Above all, I think this work is valuable just for being able to see the members enjoying their performance in beautiful visuals. *Disc condition: Good*
